Introduction about Koliba Fojtka

We invite you to the 250-year-old Wallachian Koliba in Hutisko-Solanec, a state protected monument, where we will offer you Wallachian cuisine specialities and top-quality Moravian wines. You can listen or dance to cimbalom music and you can view sheep and goats being tended by Koliba.

Apart from the standard meals offered in the menu we can also arrange roast ducks, turkeys, geese, sucking-pig, lamb, haunch of sucking-pig, haunch of veal, smoked pork knee stuffed with Wallachian cabbage and smoked sausage, roast pork ribs or roast pork knee.

Koliba Fojtka is also suitable for holding weddings, celebrations, anniversaries, company meetings and other events.
